A group of eight Chinese overlay glass snuff bottles, 19th/20th century The first smoky white with pink overlay carved with bats around shou symbols, the second smoky white of gourd form, overlayed in red and served with fruiting vines, the third smoky white and overlayed in red, carved with butterflies amid flowering roses, the fourth mottled white overlayed with red and carved with a chilong, the fifth clear overlayed with red and carved with bats and Taoist masks, the final three clear and all of gourd form, overlayed in amethyst and red and carved with auspicious animals and symbols.
