Ten various Chinese and Japanese Imari pattern fluted circular dishes, 19th century, each variously painted with jardiniere of flowers, dog of Fo or foliate roundels to the centre within panelled borders of flowering shrubs and brocaded pattern, 22cm diameter approx. (11)
General wear throughout to include surface scratches, firing faults, base wear and pattern wear. Some more significant firing faults to the reverse of the plates. One plate with a chip to the rim. One with misapplied paint to the reverse. Small surface level crack to the reverse of one plate. Large crack to the fo dog plate. Please see additional photos.
