Late Victorian silver fusee lever pocket watch, Chester 1898, the movement signed A. Yewdell, Leeds, no. 8821, with engraved balance cock, compensated balance and Bosley type regulator, dust cover, inscribed inside case, the signed dial with bold Roman numerals, minute track and subsidiary seconds, within an engine turned case with engraved cartouche, case maker 'JA&S' (J Adkins & Sons), 58mm
Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - surface marks present mainly to the centre.
Glass - surface marks.
Hands - not matching, lacking subsidiary hand, surface marks.
Case - mild rubbing to the engine turning, some mild tarnishing, inscription reads 'Sheffield City, Police Sports, July 5th 1902, 1st Prize Won By, P.C 123 E. Brown'.
