A SOUVENIR CERTIFICATE FROM THE VICTORY DINNER GIVEN BY THE ASSISTANT CONTROLLERS OF AIRCRAFT PRODUCTION SIGNED BY WINSTON CHURCHILL. A commemorative souvenir of the Victory Dinner given at Claridges' Hotel by the Assistant Controllers of Aircraft Production on the 28th January 1919. Signed by those involved with Aircraft Production including Alan Chorlton who was controller of aero engines at the Ministry of Munitions and later MP for Bury. Also Signed by a number of guests including Winston Churchill. With a watercolour to the centre of a German biplane flying amongst clouds. 35 x 28cm, framed and glazed, 50.5 x 43cm Overall *Condition: Very slightly faded. Modern frame.
