German Third Reich M33 SA Group Ostmark Stormtrooper dagger by Carl Schmidt Sohn AG, Solingen. A good example with nickel mounts, the blade etched 'Alles für Deutschland' and bearing maker's circular church logo. Brown wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and swastika and enamelled circular SA device; crossguard stamped with Om (SA Group Ostmark). Housed in original brown scabbard with nickel mounts, the top mount with single suspension ring. Fits very tightly in scabbard. Blade repointed. GC SA (Sturmabteilung) Brown Shirts dagger introduced in 1933.
