The Scout Annual 1940 book - Being a bound annual of all 52 weekly editions of each 8 page "The Scout" boys' magazine. Each with photographs, drawings of scouting activity articles, stories etc. Printed on thin wartime utility paper in cloth board covers, size 8 1/2" x 11 1/2". Scarce Wartime Edition. So few were printed that you had to order months in advance with your newspaper shop so as to get it for Christmas, together with another Scout Annual of 1955 with 834 pages and pull of illustrations.
