A silver open faced pocket watch the single fusee movement with an engraved backcock to the plain gold balance and numbered 5196, the silver dial with moire decoration, raised gold numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial and blued steel spade hands, the case hallmarked for London 1872 and numbered 5896, and stamped with the initials J.W for the casemaker James walker, Albert Street, Coventry recorded working 1861-1876, diameter 54mm, total weight ca. 153.20gms, with purple handkerchief and watch keys.
