A 19th Century Bohemian opal glass vase by Josef Ahne, of footed elongated ovoid form, hand enameled with bust portrait of a young girl in bonnet, foliate vignette verso over white satin ground with gilded foot and lined border, signed to the body, height 22.5cm, another of bellied cylindrical form, hand enamelled portrait of a young girl in feathered burgundy hat, signed, height 21.5cm. Footed vase has a chip and fleabites to the rim, otherwise condition is commensurate with age and wear.
