Obverse: third Young Head type A6 of Queen Victoria, facing left with hair bound with a double ribbon. Engraver: William Wyon though initials do not appear below truncation of the neck. Legend: 'VICTORIA DEI GRATIA BRITANNIAR: REG: F: D:'. Reverse: value - 'ONE SHILLING' - in the centre with crown above within branches of oak and laurel tied with a ribbon. Date below with die number (67) above. Engraver: Jean Baptiste Merlen. Comes in NGC holder (#6029966-009). Mintage: 4,353,900. Composition: 925 silver. Weight: 5.66g. Diameter: 23.5mm.
