Consists of 'The Royal Oak' corner pub, Toy shop, The Record Store, 'R Hayter' Jewellery shop and Laundrette. Fixed to a substantial base that contains lighting and power controls. comes with handbook by Geoff Mercer detailing the history behind the model, facts and figures relating to wiring, man hours, brinks, slates on the roof, pictures of the assembly at different stages, also drawn plans showing lighting layout, switch panel to the base etc. (The buyer must have all electrics checked by a qualified electrician before connecting to the mains)
