Daisy Makeig-Jones for Wedgwood; a Fairyland Lustre 'Hummingbird' pattern footed Bowl, decorated to the exterior with mottled dark blues with several gilded depictions of hummingbirds with multicoloured bodies, the foot with flying geese border. Internally decorated with orange lustre and crimson mottling, with border of flying geese to rim, restoration emanating from rim, gilt factory stamp to base, numbered Z5294, D 23cm x H 14.2cm. Provenance: from the collection of Antonia Makeig-Jones, the great niece of Daisy Makeig-Jones.
