the flat-domed lid, later engraved with initials and dated 1838, the cylindrical body with engraved decoration, with a ball-thumbpiece and single-curve handle, touchmarks on the underside of the lid. 22.5cm high
The base has a dent, and the cover is pressed where the thumbpiece is. The usual age-related surface wear.
