GB.QUEEN VICTORIA 1851 (13 Dec) letter sheet to Montreal endorsed 'pr. "Canada" St." and "paid late" bearing two 1847 1s green embossed stamps and an 1841 2d blue imperf, each cancelled by the "466" Liverpool numeral in BRIGHT RED. Posted at Liverpool with 'LIVERPOOL / DE13 1851 / F.R.H.' (Floating Receiving House) double-ring cds on reverse. The rate to Canada via America was 1s.2d and the Liverpool Floating Receiving House Late Fee was 1s - making the 2s.2d rate of this franking. SG lists the 1841 2d stamp (off cover) with red numeral cancel 'from £20,000' (by far the rarest colour, comparisons with rare green numeral would place this around £50,000 on cover).
