A scarce Double Barrel Over and Under Flintlock Tap Action Pistol by Wheeler & Sons London. 65mm long barrels. Engraved with makers mark and London along with piled arms. Working action which holds at both full and half cocked positions. Working safety catch. Butt is inset with a blank silver escutcheon plate. Clear English Proof marks. Overall length 185mm. Section 58 (2) no licence required.
Very clean condition with no rust or pitting to metal. Wooden butt has a crack running around it but it is solid. Fully functioning. Section 58 (2) no licence required in the UK.
