WEST AFRICAN AIRMAILS - PRE WWII FRENCH COLONIES INCLUDING SOME INGOING: 1925-39 covers (32) inc. 7 Feb 1925 env carried on the return survey flight from Dakar to Paris via Timbuktu. 1925 env registered & flown on the Lines Aeriennes Latecoere Toulouse Dakar service. 26 Dec 1925 special env carried on the Dakar-Zinder and return experimental service. 23 March 1926 env carried on the Louga, Senegal via French CGEA Dakar to Casablanca service. 21 March env registered and flown on the French military service from Zinder to Marseilles. 1934 env. carried on the Regie Air Afrique 6th experimental flight from Algiers to Zinder. Jan 1935 env carried on the Air Afrique experimental service from Algiers to Niamey. Others inc. 1936 Germany to Cameroons and Tchad. Feb 1936 UK to Abecher & Ati. 1937 Dahomey to France by Aeromaritime, 1937 Mauritania to Senegal and Mauritania to Senegal by military flight.
