18th Century Water Driven Wall Clock "by Browne Fecit Canterbury Anno Dom 1706 Tyme Flyes". This unusual and rare water driven clock has a blackened oak back and case with a very heavy gauge brass clock face with Roman numerals. The water canister with internal descending float with weight and chain and engraved windmill above a brass water receiver engraved with crossed arms grasping a serpent from the waves. 68cm x 20cm wide.
