A longcase clock, the 30cm square brass dial with silvered chapter ring and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, date aperture and fitted with an 8-day movement striking on a bell, in a red lacquered case with chinoiserie decoration, 205cms high.
Condition Report
The clock has both weights and pendulum.
The top panel to the hood is loose, the seat board is screwed to the cheeks and the trunk door has a very slight warp. The base and plinth have paint lose and knocks. The movement could do with a clean.
