A sapphire and diamond ring, comprising a central collet-set step-cut sapphire of vivid deep blue colour, flanked each side by three brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.20ct, the diamonds bordered by a thin wire of yellow metal, tapering to a yellow metal ring shank of D-profile, testing as 18ct, the central collet testing as 14ct, size J, 3.3 grams.
