The pre-moon Omega Speedmaster reference 105.003 also known as the 'Ed White' because it was the watch he wore during his historic spacewalk, becoming the first American ever to do so. This reference was made for a short period of time before the 145.012 reference that was chosen by NASA to accompany White's colleagues to the moon. Typical features of the "Ed White" pre-moon are the straight lugs, no crown guards and just signed on the dial Omega Speedmaster without the professional signature.
