Attractive Dresden Helena Wolfsohn porcelain écuelle with cover on stand, painted with an atmospheric harbour scene, late 19th century, the saucer 5.25" diameter (the saucer rim is restored)
The saucer has a professional restoration to the rim of about 4-5" in length which over time has become slightly discoloured and a cream appearance to the underside, not so obvious to the decoration side, the cup and cover appear good condition - see images supplied.
