George III silver pair cased verge pocket watch, London 1805, the fusee movement signed Wm Baker, London, no. 17209, with pierced engraved balance cock with urn, flat steel three arm balance and silvered regulating disc, the polychrome dial depicting steam train upon a viaduct, with Roman numerals and minute track, bullseye glass, within plain matching cases, case maker 'I.T' (John Taylor), 57mm
Movement - currently functioning.
Dial - good, later dial.
Glass - surface scratch marks present.
Hands - good.
Case - inner case with some bruise marks and tarnish mark, outer case with tarnishing and bruise marks, the top of the stem/bow appears to be a later addition/replacement - sitting slightly off centre and solder present to the underside.
