Railway related posters, maps and engineers drawings, including 1934 Great Western Railway print "The Cheltenham Flyer - The World's fastest train - in service on the GWR between Swindon and Paddington". Depicts Castle-class 4-6-0 5000 'Launceston Castle' hauling a train at speed on what was officially termed 'The Cheltenham Spa Express'. These poster prints were sold by the GWR's publicity dept to make the most of their record-breaking service. Printed by The Chad Valley Co Ltd.
