Patek Philippe & Co. 18ct oval wire-lug lady's wristwatch retailed by Freccero, case serial no. 6072xx, movement no. 817xxx, circa 1925-1930, oval dial signed 'Patek Philippe & Co. Switzerland, Freccero', with Arabic numerals and inner minute track, signed 18 jewel 8 adjustments movement, hinged case with wire-lugs and engraved band scroll band, black leather strap, 15mm (the movement requires attention)

Movement - not currently functioning and fully wound, requires attention.
Dial - surface marks and some mild surface wear as expected for the period - see image.
Glass - surface marks.
Hands - light surface marks.
Case - light surface marks, tarnish mark to the bezel.
Crown - PP adjusting correctly but not currently winding.
Strap - mild wear.
