A rare 1960s/70s Cartier 'Tank Normale' 18ct gold manual wind wristwatch, 23mm case, 31mm lug to lug, Ref. 8575, Cal, P838, the movement numbered 1826732, the inner caseback stamped 'JC', on dark red lizard strap with apparently original gold deployment clasp, similarly marked 8575, in Cartier fitted box.
Provenance: The watch was given to our vendor by a grateful customer in 1972.

Crown is slipping.
Some staining to edges of the dial.
Sapphire is un-attached, but present.
Some minor wear to case and crystal.
Some stitching is loose on the strap.
