A mother of pearl inlaid rosewood veneered drop case wall clock, c1850, the octagonal border segmental veneered and inlaid with mother of pearl leafy branches enclosing a cream enamel dial with roman numerals, single winding hole, the ears and drop case conforming with door at the base above a glazed aperture with brass border, 75cm h overall
Dial restored but with some chips and crazing, the case restored and re-polished with some filled areas, other scratches and wear generally consistent with age, the glazed lenticle currently loose but present, old restoration to key area around door
