WW1 Inert 18 Pounder Case and Head
brass case. The base dated 1916 with central fuse dated 3/17. Complete with MKIX shrapnel head with clear stamps "V.S.MW" dated "6/17". Brass nose fuse No 85 dated 1916. Good clean example.
The steel head brought back in 1919 by a family member of the vendor.
