Simner: Dial is cracked at 4 to 5 o'clock. The gilding on the outer case is worn. The case closes crisply. Tiny scratches to the glass consistent with age. Some wear to the gilt on the inner case. Bend to the suspension ring and wear to the gilt on the stem. The watch currently does not tick when wound.
Simkins: Dial has numerous cracks. Wear to the gilt on the outer and inner cases. The watch does not tick when wound.
