An original SS (Schutzstaffel) form dated 6th November 1942 from Dachau Concentration Camp Kommandants Office, Department II to Mr Kasimir Kuczynski informing him of the death of his son Klemens Kuczynski on 2nd October 1942 during WW2.
The letter states that Klemens Kuczynski died of intestinal catarrah (mucus in stool) and that the body was cremated on 6th November 1942 at the state crematorium in Dachau Concentration Camp.
The letter is signed by the Camp Commander KLD, an SS-Sturmbannführer.
