A 17TH CENTURY STYLE 'LEFT HAND' DAGGER. With a 35cm tapering triangular blade with pointed end and square section ricasso. The handle with twin forward facing quillons and back-swept shell guard, all with signs of earlier decoration. Wire decorative wound grip and fluted pommel. 49cm overall. Probably a 19th century example *Condition: Attractively aged surfaces, rubbing to original decoration.
