1857-63 1/- BLUE-GREEN ON UNWATERMARKED PAPER; A four-margined (shaved at upper left) example with part "DRURY/(NEW ZEAL)LAND" c.d.s. (scarce on this issue). Fine. CP Abc(2). SG 17 £1,800. Also 1/- dull emerald green, shaved at sides, on thinner paper. SG 17 £3,600. (2). Note; Drury is a rural town near Auckland where coal mining was established in the 1850's and used as a military outpost during the Maori Wars.
