Interesting Viennese satinwood case with aperture for a 12" round dial, the half rounded fluted trunk fitted with a long door and supported upon a stepped plinth with applied carved gilded floral swag and the hood applied with gilded foliate carvings and surmounted by a classical fluted urn, 98" high
**This clock is sold with a two train Continental movement believed to have been housed in the case
There are chalked inscriptions on the inside of the door with various dates (see images)
