Railway. Heritage Steam. A collection of approx. 480 x 35mm, colour slides in card mounts. The slides were taken by published railway photographer PETER HERRING of Walton-On-Thames. Peter passed away recently and his collection of slides/negatives were rescued before being thrown in a skip as part of a house clearance. The collection includes photographs of individual locomotives taken on Heritage Railways, likely in the 1980/90's. Each box has details of the locomotives and each slide has the loco number on the mount. Every slide is wrapped in a "Secol" plastic film protector. There are several repeat shots of the same locomotive(s). This selection includes: Ex GWR 6998, 4555, 6106, 6023, 5051, 4965, 5900, 7325, 9351, 1466, 2857, 7827 and 5764 .
