1899 QSA 3 clasps Cape Colony, OFS, Transvaal, 1902 KSA both clasps and 1914 Star trio and bar to 5768 Sjt T. Churchill North'n R. (Pte 2nd Northampton Regt on QSA, Pte Northampton Regt on KSA, Cpl 2/North'n R. on Star) minor veridgris to star, otherwise very fine to extremely fine. Thomas Churchill was killed in action with 6th Bn on 26th October 1916 and is buried in Regina Trench Cemetery. With photo of grave and copied CWGC, Soldiers Died and Grave Registration details, from Cape Town. (See photo) (R)
