Medals (2) of 141082 Gunner Evan Samuel Davies R.A. British War Medal 1914-1920, and Allied Victory Medal 1914-1918. Munitions worker of Llanelly, Carmarthen. Attested on 28th February 1916 and transferred to the Army Reserve. Mobilised on 3rd March 1917. Landed in France on 20th May 1917. He died of his wounds at 15th Casualty Clearing Station on 26th April 1918, inflicted whilst serving with the 101st Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery.
