A late 18th / early 19th century Chinese silver filigree and cloisonne enamel brise fan A Chinese Canton Qing dynasty export silver filigree and cloisonne enamel brise fan, Jiaqing period, circa 1790 - 1800, decorated in blue and green enamels to both sides with scenes of figures in a landscape with pagodas and pavilions, the upper edge of the sticks forming a floral border. 24 sticks and 2 outer guardsticks. Note: similar silver gilt filigree brise fans with enamel decorations are illustrated in Chinese Fans, The Muwen Tang Collection Series No. 12, from the collection of Simon Kwan, published Hong Kong, 2011, pl. 41, pg. 180
