An interesting 19th century Grand Tour world travel photograph and scrap album, containing various large scale monochrome images by W Hammerschmidt, such as Egypt, Cairo and Luxor, various hand painted watercolours, views at Tonghoo (Burma, Myanmar), snowdrift, barracks and Fort Erie in Canada etc
There are only a couple of small watercolours in this album, scenes of bridges, no titles. remainder generally photographs and a few coloured prints.
