Another lot of postcards from an impressive collection of postcards from the Monarch Series by the photographer R Johnston of Gateshead featuring views from the Northumberland and Durham areas. Approximately 115 cards, numbered between 5,000 to 5,990. All except one are real photographic. Views include Chester-Le-Street, Newbiggin, Bamburgh and Wooler. Mainly good condition. Some have the usual faults such as edge knocks and minor creasing to the card of corners. The two photos show two random groups of 16 cards in numerical order.
