84 charming colour prints of school topics by Kay Nixon, Dorothy Newsome and others from the publication 'Two years in the Infant School prepared under the supervision of Enid Blyton, NFU', published by Macmillan in 1938, each sheet 52cm x 41.5cm, housed in a modern folio. 'Two Years in the Infant School...' was published as an educational scheme to cover the early years school curriculum, and contained eighty four weekly topics. For each topic there was a large colour illustration and accompanying notes - The Talk (an introduction to the theme for the teacher to give to the pupils), Oral Composition and Language Training, Poems and Jingles, Reading Preparation, Writing, Number, Drawing and Handiwork, Dramatisation, Musical Activities, Games, Stories and Songs. The vendor's mother was a teacher and retained the posters after her retirement.
