A documentary English delftware blue and white model of a shoe, dated 1732, painted with bands of flowers and scrolls, the underside of the arch of the shoe inscribed AM (?) May ye 12 * 1732.

Typical glazed imperfections. There is a large chip loss to the front top edge of the shoe. There is a firing crack to the back of the shoe with associated flaking to the glaze around the area on the outside and as a fine crack on the inside, otherwise in reasonable condition.
