1899 (May 15) Large part front addressed in the handwriting of Archdeacon Walker, to "The Reverend F. Rowling" in Leeds and redirected to Ireland with 1896 1a tied by Kampala c.d.s, a Leeds c.d.s (July 10) alongside. The Rev. Rowling printed the 1896 typeset stamps of Uganda; when this item was sent he was on leave in Britain. Photo on Page 224.
