Pair of 20th century Chinese black on red double gourd cinnabar vases decorated with figures, on red ground, 33cm high, on hardwood stands. (2)
There are dents/misshapen areas to the rim of one vase. There are cracks and small pieces of lacquer lacking to both vases. There are losses to the woven decoration and cracks also. There is colour fading and stains to the decoration. There are further all over lacquer losses and age-related indentations to the underside of both vases.
