A Victorian ornate silver entree dish and cover with ram's head handle, by John Samuel Hunt (Hunt & Roskell ex. Storr & Mortimer), of cusped circular form, with shell and scroll borders and shell handles, London, 1865, 33cm over handles, 59.4oz.
Base numbered 4 cover and handle numbered 3. Three small dents to the cover and the base. Scratches in places to both pieces, commensurate with age and some use. Hallmarks clear but with some rubbing.
