THE QUADRIFOIL WATERMARK ERROR:2c green a mint (9, inc a corner block of six) and used (4) selection. Mostly fine. Note - the Sarawak Government complained to De La Rue on 27 Feb 1902 regarding this error of watermark due to an apparent mix up when taking paper from their stores.
