UK; First Day Covers; [This, and the following three lots, are a clear-out of our own bulk stock of first day covers, presented in large wholesale lots sorted by quality. Largest numbers are of Post Office envelopes, but other makes are included in varying quantities. In some cases there are slightly larger numbers of "better" such as miniature sheets, greetings, high values, PSB panes, etc., as more standard grade material was not put into stock.]
This first lot is; Mid-1960s to c.2006 illustrated unaddressed covers, most on PO covers, but other makers included, some duplicated bundles of stock, some with pencil addresses (if they look erasable), some duplicated booklet panes. Estimated quantity c.6,300 (by measure - approx. 5.2 metres).
