Binding with some wear, mainly head / tail of spine, title with some staining at head, some worm damage top left upper margin just touches dec. border at corner spot, continues (lesser) on next few leaves, light staining titles to margin, some upper margin headline stains (prelims), main text reasonably good, more upper staining towards end (markedly from ff.369-, e/ps and initial blank fragile) with extensive ms notes, also at end on colophon, e/ps and final blank, front inner hinge weak, Adams A491
