A 9CT GOLD BRACELET
set with oval opals and pink and white sapphires, length 19cm, with a heart detail box clasp, weight 9.2gms
Light general wear, pretty heart shaped button to the clasp, needs a gentle clean, one crack to one opal but does appear stable, all other gems in situ and undamaged, UK hallmarks
Opals approx 8mm x 6mm.
Could this be shortened?
A; you would have to take one opal and sapphire links out for continuity of the pattern this would shorten the bracelet by 2.3cm, if this was done the link would not be able to be soldered shut again, unless at least one opal was unset.
