Very rare to find, worn by soldiers of 36th Ulster Division until regimental patterns were introduced. Cap badge by Sharman D Niell Ltd, Belfast 35mm, hook detached. Button hole badge 29mm and stamped CN9386. We have been informed that The 'CN' on the lapel badge stands for Belfast North,meaning that the soldier that this badge belonged to was from North Belfast.
