Please check 'Additional Fee's' on each lot. - Payments must be made via the invoice email link sent to you once the sale has concluded. VIEWING - There will be viewing available by appointment ONLY. Please submit these prior to Thursday 28th November. PAYMENT - Payments must be paid by the Pay Now Link or Bank transfer, by 3:30pm the day after the sale. - If you have not paid by 3:30pm the day following the sale, you may be blocked for a minimum of 6 weeks and your lots will immediately be taken off your account and re-sold in the next available auction. - We are not taking cash or card payments upon collection. - All payments must be made online prior to heading to collect your items. COLLECTIONS - The collection address is Firsland Park Estate Henfield Rd, Albourne, Hassocks BN6 9JJ. - The vendors contact details will be provided to successful buyers shortly following the auction. - Loading and assistance with collection will be available onsite however, successful buyers are encouraged to bring adequate transport and equipment for collection of their lots. - Delivery can be arranged to mainland England and Wales by specialist service, to also include placement. This would be when delivery routes permit. If delivery is required more quickly it would be kerbside service on a pallet by courier and charged at cost. This would also be the case for areas outside mainland England and Wales. You have 5 business days to collect your items. - Buyers have until Friday 6th December to finalise their collections unless agreed otherwise with the vendor. FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS - Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable. - Any lots paid for and not collected will be disposed of at the discretion of the vendor.
