A 19th century Record of Accounts Log book for the ship 'Emma Searle' 1845-1857 kept by 'Captain Hescroff' manuscript entries of payments and accounts, marbled boards, together with another Record of Accounts Log book for the Scottish barque 'Marquis of Bute', 1857, also kept by Captain William Hescroff (2) *Notes- Built in 1842 at Prince Edward Island, Canada, 'Emma Searle' went ashore in fog off Liberty Point in 1849.
