A Chinese hardwood and jade oval box and cover, the inset domed top carved in shallow relief with figures in a landscape, the base similarly carved in shallow relief with dragons, with carved Ming dynasty two character mark to base, 15.5cm wide.
Jade cracked in various places. Scratches to underside of lid. A few splits to wooden base.
